- Shana sit on the dog in dog room. Muzzle and Britis Slip leash were used (no treats or ecollars). Bailey and Boris were loose each playing with a ball themselves. Not by design, but Shana's favorite teaser ball was out. So we need to work with that toy, especially, out more often in the short term. Shana had sime melt downs. Three minutes into sit on the dog, Bailey just walked near her ball and Shana went into a barking and pulling fit (had been in a nice quiet down under her own power before). If we had had rewards, there were silences but not enough to get any of the six rewards, if I was even prepared to give them out. 30 minutes
- Heeling around toys and Boris and Bailey playing with their balls. It took more than 15 minutes to get her in sync and paying better attention. Same equipment and set up as in #1. At the end got some good turns and heeling close up to her favorite toys and dogs with her favorite toys. More attention during her heeling portion (not doing focused heel). 30 minutes
Getting to today's training journal early so everything is fresh in my mind.
