Shana Training Log 1/20/2020 to 2/29/2020

I have a lot of updating to Shana's training log.  Unfortunately, it is going to be both random and incomplete, as I have not bee so disciplined lately.  However, I have been training at least six out of every seven days, even if I did not notate what they were.   I am seeing a pattern that I want to employ, but I haven't really started adhering to it yet.  I am going to try for a more focused plan in March 2020.  In the meantime here is what has (incompletely) happened with Shana (I log onto my google calendar, and then transfer to here):

Shana Training Monday 1/20/2020:
  • K9 Lifeline Steps 1-2 (new equipment and method I am experimenting with as an addition to other things that are working for Shana ---transitional leash only equipment (10 minutes)
  • K9 Lifeline Step 3 --- transitional leash only equipment (15 minutes)
Shana Training Tuesday 1/21/2020:
  • Flirt Pole Training ---- no equipment I am assuming as I did not post it (30 minutes)
  • Place until 30 minutes in a row  ----- no equipment I am assuming as I did not post it (57 minutes)
  • Vet appointment later, in which Shana was nervous but did very well (not training related but showing improvement in her view of the world)
Shana Training Wednesday 1/22/2020:
  • K9 Lifeline Steps 1-3 ---- only transitional leash (30 minutes)
Shana Training Thursday 1/23/2020:
  • K9 lifeline steps 1-2 ---- only transitional leash (10 minutes)
  • K9 lifeline step 3 ------ only transitional leash (15 minutes)
  • k9 lifeline step 4------- no equipment  (15 minutes)
Shana Training Friday 1/24/2020:
  • Place until 30 minutes in a row, and I am assuming no equipment.   (34 minutes)
Shana Training Saturday-Sunday 1/25/2020-1/26/2020:
  • Did not mark anything down, it is possible we took the weekend off. (Probably not though, I am thinking at the least I did some k9 lifeline)
Shana Training Monday 1/27/2020:
  • Chuck It Ball Training---ecollar would have been on but not used (60 minutes)

Shana Training Tuesday 1/28/2020:
  • Nothing marked down, but probably did train.
Shana Training Wednesday 1/29/2020:
  • Shana very sick, medical event, went to vet again.   Something was left out that she should not have eaten but got into.
Shana Training Thursday 1/30/2020:
  • Light ball play for 15 minutes, still recovering
  • Light frisbee play for 15 minutes, still recovering
  • Light ball play again for 15 minutes, still recovering but clearly feeling better
Shana Training Friday 1/31/2020:
  • Nothing marked down, she probably had the day off after the medical scare and was not feeling as frisky

  • Ball Play with Brother involves fetch retrieve, put toys away and taking turns by staying when told--ecollar on but probably not used (1 hour)

  • K9 Lifeline Step 3 around daycare including Baby Stella ---- transitional leash (30 minutes)
  • K9 Lifeline Step 4 --- no equipment---did not put down where but assuming it was on other side of house Or Keeping her on divide of dog room (25 minutes) 
  • Activity of just enjoying her daycare friends for 15 minutes (probably more during the day, but this was just time for her to be her with her friends)

  • Place while Cable Guy was here until 30 minutes in a row ---assuming no equipment (1 hour)
Shana Training Thursday 2/20/2020:
  • Mini Pack Walk With Reggie ---ecollar probably on, transitional leash, and muzzle brought along but not used (1 hour)
Shana Training Friday 2/21/2020:
  • K9 Lifeline Steps 1-3---transitional leash (says 1 and a half hours, but I think that is in error, probably 30 minutes)
  • Tug and Train --- no equipment (15 minutes)

  • Flirt pole probably concentrating on outs---ecollar probably on but not used Thursday, February 27⋅1:00 – 1:15pm (15 minutes)
  • Mini Pack walk with Reggie---ecollar on but not used and transitional collar with muzzle brought along but not used Thursday, February 27⋅3:00 – 4:00pm (1 hour)
Shana Training Friday 2/28/2020:
  • Walk on the beach with Alyssa (human), Beau (Cattle Dog) and Sage (Cattle Dog) ecollar on but not used, transitional leash used and muzzle on---much complaining by Shana trying to lunge and then trying to jump on me in anxiety but not bad considering we have not done this in a long time (1 hour)
